Over the Christmas period, All In Hand had the pleasure of creating a delicious Christmas cold canapé menus and hot and cold fork buffet menu for the staff of the new Lumière studio space in London Bridge. This gorgeous 2,000 ft photography studio played host to the guests and the All In Hand servers.
The guests were greeted upon arrival by a festive glass of champagne, and a taster of our beautiful cold canapés: this event introduced Asian chicken salad in crispy wonton cups and a Pear and prosciutto wrap with torta di gorgonzola and wild rocket. They were presented enigmatically by the All In Hand staff, and went down a treat!
After all the guests had arrived, it was time to bring out the main event; the buffet, set up and served by All In Hand staff. The menu here was far more recognisably festive, just perfect for a Christmas party, but delicious enough to reflect the quality of the space and the event: Turkey with traditional sage and onion stuffing, with a Medley of buttered Brussels sprouts and honey-glazed carrots and parsnips, and not forgetting the crisp Roasted new potatoes and rosemary. For the vegetarian guests, we offered the wonderful Butternut squash and blue cheese wellingtons.
In addition to all this, guests had to find room for three irresistible desserts: Christmas pudding crumble with brandy cream, Winter berry and fruit salad, and of course, no Christmas buffet would be complete without Mini mince pies!
