Right next to Renzo Piano’s The Shard in London Bridge, in The ETG on the 2nd December was the opening exhibition Walking The Neon by the artist Jane Wachman, with All in Hand Catering London serving a canapé selection of vegetarian, fish and beef canapés to delight the 140 guests’ hungry palates.

Like the artist’s paintings, the evening was a continuous process, the food was served in a friendly manner by the fabulous All in Hand staff. Our butlers described the canapés to the guests, facilitating the tasting of the food. Starting with mini parmesan shortbread with balsamic, fresh baby tomato and goat cheese on the top, followed by gorgonzola cheese in Italian prosciutto crudo with marinated pear cubes.

The service spanned three hours. All in Hand Catering’s London staff served 7 different menus, from Thai chicken, spicy king prawn, crispy duck pancakes, quails egg in filo tart with smoked salmon to artichoke parmesan and chilli croustade.

A special thank you to All in Hand Catering staff, Gonzalo, Spyros, Priscilla and to everyone who made this event possible.
