I want to say a big thank you to Michael Glennon and his professional catering team for their excellent work on our canapes reception and corporate dinner. Catering two different event styles in one night– for 95 people no less – is surely no mean feat.

 

We are still receiving compliments, all of which I have promised to direct your way where they rightfully belong: a truly remarkable evening and amazing catering, thank you. Particular favourites among our guests were the octopus canapes, the smoked trout and horseradish on rye and smoked salmon with quails' eggs in pastry.

 

The dinner itself, that wonderful rack of lamb, was for me the piece de resistance. From the wild mushrooms starter to the spiced apple tarte tatin dessert, the entire meal was truly a culinary experience. Everything went well, all of it worked, and your waiters more than did the food justice with their grace and professionalism.
