90 guests at private evening reception, Chelsea, London.
This week All in Hand Catering organised a catering canapés and drinks reception for a VIP event in London. Our chef Michael Glennon supplied the client with a remarkable mix of hot and cold boutique canapés and provided a VIP wine list and Champagne.
Guests enjoyed the early evening and tasted our selection of canapés menus with a glass of champagne or Reserva wine. The food was made with a selection of high quality ingredients from All in Hand catering suppliers.
Evening canapés menu:
- Cous cous in a beetroot basil cup
- Roast 28 day aged sirloin of Scottish beef in a tiny Yorkshire pudding with watercress and horseradish cream crispy
- Coriander and lime tossed prawns on a Thai fish cake
- Kiwi and passion fruit mini Pavlovas
VIP service was provided by our able catering staff with butlers describing boutique canapés to the guests and making sure glasses were topped up when required.
