Summer canapes receptions
With the wonderful weather in London this summer, our company organised many bespoke seasonal canapé receptions; from large corporate events and outdoor formal occasions, to wedding receptions and private parties.
Our chef Michael Glennon created seasonal canapes menus to delight refined and multicultural palates, designing an array of mini dishes cooked in British, Italian, French, Thai and Cinese styles, and served on trays, spoons and in larger portions as bowl food.
Our clients may enjoy our miniature marvels with a glass of champagne, wine, a soft drink or bespoke cocktails.
